Description
Anesthesia system with advanced ventilation: Approved for MRI. Specially designed for use in the presence of magnetic fields, it is approved for fields of intensity up to 40 mTesla or 400 Gauss. It therefore guarantees reliable ventilation even with 1.5 and even 3 Tesla RM systems. It allows access to a wide range of ventilation modes, including volume controlled, pressure controlled, pressure support and SIMV/PS, offering maximum respiratory assistance regardless of the patient’s level of acuity. It incorporates an electronically controlled piston fan which requires no gas supply. The piston is able to deliver higher inspiratory flows than traditional accordion ventilators and to guarantee more precise delivery of the tidal volume.
